Subscribers will be mailed their copies of crAve towards the end of the month prior to the stated cover month. New customers will receive the current issue when they first take out their subscription and then all subsequent issues as stated above. Single issue sales will be mailed as soon as possible following receipt of the order. Download sales are available on demand. On ordering a download the customer will be emailed a link to enable them to download their purchase. This link will be live for 24 hours following the purchase.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Customers who do not receive their issue as expected should contact crAve and a replacement copy will be mailed out.

All prices are in £ sterling. We cannot accept payments in any other currencies. Overseas customers must use a payment card or PayPal as we do not accept cheques drawn on foreign banks nor do we accept overseas cash currency. crAve reserves the right to refuse payments which do not comply with these restrictions.

crAve will be delivered to anywhere in the world provided the appropriate payment has been received. Subscription prices for Europe and Worldwide delivery include Airmail delivery costs. UK subscribers receive their issues post free.
